Gamehawk has a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive users. Any content that is offensive, hateful, harassing, threatening, defamatory, sexually explicit, or otherwise inappropriate will be removed immediately upon discovery. Users who post such content or engage in abusive behavior will be ejected from the platform without warning.
This app has been created primarily as a management tool for falconers. However, there is a social dimension to the platform and all users are expected to treat fellow members with respect and courtesy at all times. Harassment, abusive language, or behaviour that undermines the community will not be tolerated.
Users are expected to uphold the standards of falconry that reflect positively on the sport. The welfare of birds must always be a priority. Content shared on this platform should represent the sport in a manner that is responsible, ethical, and in keeping with the traditions and values of falconry worldwide.
This app is available to users globally. Laws, regulations, and standards relating to falconry and the keeping of birds of prey vary significantly across continents and countries. It is each user's sole responsibility to understand and adhere to the legislation applicable to their own geographic area. The app administrators accept no liability for any user's failure to comply with local laws.
The public areas of this platform — including the gallery, news comments, and community features — are not to be used as a marketplace for the buying or selling of raptors or any other goods. Any commercial activity of this nature in public spaces is strictly prohibited and may result in removal from the platform.
Users can report objectionable content by using the "Report" button on any photo or content item. Users can block abusive users from their profile page. When you block a user, their content is immediately removed from your feed and the developers are notified to review the reported behavior. All reports are reviewed and acted upon within 24 hours.
